Dissolve 1/3 of the content of the pack in a warm bath to help ease aches and pains and improve skin’s healthiness. Relax and soak for 20 mins before rinsing.

Absolutely love adding some of these flakes to my bath after a tough workout! The instructions say to use 1/3 a bag each time, but I’ve definitely got more uses out of it than that and still felt the benefits. Highly recommend if you’re struggling after exercising.
